L.G.P. develops computer models of
various glass melting, forming, annealing, and tempering operations by combining approaches of mathematical physics, material and computer sciences.
Based on specific requirements L.G.P. develops custom computer modeling software focused on solution of specific production problems.
Software development project includes:
Engineering study allows collecting all available technical data (blueprints, processing sheets, instrumental measurements, etc.);
Development of thermal sub-model of heating units, forming
systems, and auxiliary equipment;
Development of thermal sub-models of a glass/melt object;
Development of viscous flow or/and visco-elastic sub-models;
Precise measurements of physical properties of glass, and other materials;
Testing, and validation of the models.
L.G.P. computer models work under Windows xp, 7, 8, 10 and complete calculation cycle within less than 1 hour depending on the task, and computer configuration.
